Tilly was very helpful when we came in and quickly directed us to what we were looking for. There was a good selection of items in stock at reasonable prices, and there was more availability online.

Came to this store yesterday to get my little girl measured & buy some school shoes & day to day trainers. We were assisted by Grace. She was so lovely. My little girl is just short of turning 4, and a little reserved, & Grace dealt with this fantastically & gave my little girl a choice of a sticker at the end. Fabulous experience & I'd certainly return.

What a lovely group of staff at this Rochdale store, nothing too much trouble, i had to exchange some shoes bought at the Halifax branch and it was sorted out and ordered for me in no time at all, Helen was the ladies name that stands out in my mind, really pleasant manner, nothing was too much trouble, I shall use this store in future !

Gorgeous service from this branch of Clarks today. I’d booked a fitting for our two little ones and the lady was very attentive and enthusiastic without overwhelming them. She was also very thorough in checking the shoes fitted well, even asking a colleague for a second opinion. Both were brilliant with the kids overall and we left with what we needed. Will definitely come back!

Went to buy some Skechers for my son and found they had a really good offer on if you buy two pairs. Was served by a really helpful young lady called Annam who went above and beyond to make sure my son got the trainers he wanted. Good variety of footwear and excellent customer service by the young lady. Will definitely be going there again.

First visit this morning to Rochdale the young lady who served me went above and beyond so polite bubbly and cheerful didn't know her name but she is a credit to the store pity didn't get her name absolute customer service skills she had well done.

My wife wanted a particular pair of shoes. We asked Naomi who checked online, said there was a pair in the stockroom and got them for us. Above and beyond.
