The store is well-stocked, and the staff, while perhaps not overly enthusiastic, are knowledgeable and helpful. It's important to remember that they might not provide royal treatment when the owner is paying them the national minimum wage. Overall, a good place for sports gear shopping.

Icon sports have been absolutely first class! The quality of kit they provide is better than any supplier I have dealt with in the past. When I make an order from a supplier, I want to be able to trust that what I have ordered is going to be good quality. With icon, I have never been disappointed by quality. I have full trust in them! Moving onto customer service, dealing with Will Purser and his team. Incredible. The emails that have been flying back and forth, dealing with all of my questions and changes etc. They are patient, quick, efficient and lovely to work with. My orders are often produced, printed and delivered within a few weeks. I can’t complain and rate their service a 5* any day. Would 100% recommend to any sports team or business that is looking for a clothing supplier.

I was led to believe that the item I ordered was a stock item and would be dispatched within 2days, however my confirmation email states that my item has been sent for production and will aim to be done by the 20/10/2023. This is not as expected and falls short of what your website suggests as a time scale for stock items. I have since been contacted by ICON sports and they have appreciated me pointing out the mistake on the website, rectified it and made every effort to get the item to me within a more reasonable time period. Excellent customer service and the school branded sports leggings for my daughter are of excellent quality. Thank you ICON sports.
