Very high standard of serving customers. The customer service assistants are very attentive to the details and measure your both feet before advising you any shoes. The queue normally is quite long in the weekends and during the rush hours on the weekdays.

Went with my partner last week to get her some work shoes and Nihar was an absolute star. Very helpful, funny and attentive. The store was also clean and organize, does its job!

I was visiting the area and needed some new work shoes a couple of weeks ago. Sana your assistant was so helpful, pleasant and professional. She really is an asset to your company.

Went in just for a look and bought 3 pairs of sandels. Impressed. Needed plain casual shoes for my grandson but everything had patterns on them. Not so good.

Amazing people. Lost my phone in there last week and I asked if they could help. The assistant rushed up to check the cameras, the Manager, Sam, came down with footage which showed someone picking it up and walking out the shop. I had a wonder around in Eden centre in case the thief was still in the area but didn't have high hopes at this stage. Then I saw Sam running back. He'd run outside the centre, confronted the thief (who blamed his son!) and got my phone back for me. Never seen anything like it. What can I say? great people to buys shoes from too!

Great service as always. Staff on the young side but polite helpful n know stock well to be able to show you alternatives or willing to order in or to you home.

I went into this store on Sunday received excellent customer service. There was a young Asian boy with an ear piercing who helped me with a pair of air max 95s and also offered me to buy a can of spray which works wonders.

Had some great interactions with the staff here today. Really friendly and helpful

Popped in last week to enquire about shoes as I was needing a new pair. Spoke to a young man which I believe he said he name was bryce, great service and walked me through different types of shoes aswell as providing quick and efficient service. Staff have been friendly all round so highly recommend the shop to anyone passing and in need of new clothes or a fantastic range of shoes
