Went to pets at home this evening with mum, and I have to say the male that works there I didn’t get his name but is a lovely man. With black hair and a short beard. Every single time I go in there I always seeing him helping and talking to customers and always bubbly and smiling. He helped me with my dog food as I have 2 Frenchie’s with allergies and helped me pick the right food that suits both there needs that they both get on so well with. He also helped with why my cat was peeing outside her cat little and give me options to try which I got the hooded cat litter and since doing that my cat actually pees inside her litter tray. But I just wanted to say a massive thank you to him and he should be praised for his work as you can see his a harder worker and always wanting to do best by customers. Also a massive thank you to young male who was on till this evening who served me and my mum he was very polite and brilliant customer service skills he also helped me and my mum to check if with had any vouchers on the pets at home app. Massive thank you to you both!

I have come here a few times for supplies for my new kitten. There are tons of options for cats for any essentials items you may need ie litter, food. The staff here are really good, they always offer help and go out of their way to help you.

Nice place and the staff are nice and friendly. I enjoy seeing the rabbits and have a good nice things to buy your pets.
