Really great staff in here. Was visiting for the weekend and asked for advice on where to ride. Was provided with a wealth of info and was shown the local route guide written by a member of staff. That was £4.50 well spent. 1 day later I needed some mechanical help (chain snapped) and even at 17:00 on a Saturday I was able to get the help I needed - loan of a chain splitter. Store is well laid out. Excellent range of bikes with some great price drops...the Pro-caliber at under £1,500 looked very tempting.

Cassius did a great job reconditioning my bike after a period of inactivity. His communication during the work was excellent and he persevered to solve a tricky issue which saved me a great deal of money. All the staff dealt with me in a friendly way. I never felt like just another customer.

Love the staff and their super-efficient service. I traveled all the way from London because this was the only shop with a Frog 47 in stock. When I arrived, the bike was ready and prepared. Thanks again!

I was on day 5 of a 5 day sponsored ride from Stockton-on-Tees to Southampton. A 430+ mile trip. A spoke broke on the rear wheel and I knew the wheel was beyond repair. Desperate to get back on the ride, a quick ring around put me in touch with Simon at Cycle Care ... Problem solved! Simon was brilliant; sourced a new wheel at a very reasonable price, swapped the old one out and had me on my way again within 30 minutes. No fuss just great service. Exactly what a LBS should be. Thanks Simon!

Popped in today, recently purchased a brand new ebike, needed to pop in for a few bits and get some advice. Very friendly staff, helpful and enthusiastic to spread knowledge which I really do appreciate and all for happy to listen and learn. Fully stocked store with all that you need. Located in a turn off, just before the vauxhall garage, with clear signage so its easy to navigate to this location. very unique bike & cycle service, a maintenance workshop that includes bike sales aswell as products. Absolutely amazing customer service and support. Communication is of the highest level. So you can build a understanding on what they offer aswell as a strong trusting relationship when they communicate and give you advice for your biking needs. I personally had a very good service, and do highly recommend to stop for a visit if you require anything that needs doing. They also have used bikes for sale aswell as offering ebike conversions. Very skilled and knowledgeable individuals. And I have to especially give kat a shout out. Because she was absolutely amazing. Gave all my worries away and left with peace of mind. Highly recommended.

Excellent Experience, Elliott adjusted my SRAM Rival eTap AXS wireless gears, they are complex... I wasted an hr & failed to adjust them correctly! They have the experience & care.
