I was seen by a lady named Laticia. I went in very stressed but left feeling like my body was taken through a beautiful dance by her hands. I have lived in the UK since 2004 and have never had a more thorough needing of my tight muscles than I had with Laticia. Brilliant!! Thank you, Laticia!

I went in for a facial today with the lovely Genesis - best facial i've ever had! She also gave me skincare advice on how to calm my skin down and recommended products to try. And to top it off she had a lovely personality and manner! Definitely recommend and will book in with Genesis again!

My wife and I had a day of treatments with Paige, Hannah and Larisa. Paige and her colleagues were skilled and utterly brilliant through every treatment. Kind, attentive, Knowledgeable. One of the most relaxing and rejuvenating experiences of my life. Highly recommended.

World's best spa indeed. Simone carefully selects only the best products and the most advanced beauty treatments and protocols. This spa is quiet and serene and so special. I love the river view location and I wish I could make the trip to spend time at this Spa year round. The massages are incredible, the Platinum Facial works wonders. The hair services are done with such care and the cafe is delightful! I just also recently had a pedicure, which was so relaxing well done. High quality polish that lasted a long time. Love the Vivier Skin line. Simone has created a perfect oasis Spa! A must visit Spa. Absolutely one of the World's Best Spas. You will enjoy every minute!

I’ve been for massages many times and just recently did a half day spa package which included a massage, facial, pedicure and lunch with a beverage. It was a beautiful spa day and I couldn’t have felt more taken care of! Nzouvwa did my pedi & facial - I highly recommend her!

I had an amazing time at this spa! I booked a massage and facial, and they were exactly what I needed. The spa itself is beautiful. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and professional. I left feeling so much better and will definitely be back asap!

Had my Birthday me time, everything was fantastic, staff was so welcoming with care. Swimming pool temperature was excellent every where, was worried will be cold there, but was perfect. Saunas steam and dry sauna, was perfect temperature for me.And in the end Massage was excellent and even more then excellent..had a sweedish massage and foot massage. Staff really is amazing there.

I took my girlfriend for a spa day, which we both thoroughly enjoyed. Used the cafe, which had reasonably priced food, and the fruit smoothies were fantastic. The place was very clean. We both had 4 treatments, which were very relaxing. Staff could not do enough and were extremely helpful. One staff member I have to give a big shout out to is Cameron, who went above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks, Cameron, exceptional customer service. I will be returning soon.

Just been and had a spa day, massages were great, very good quality service girls were very good, cafe was ok had jacket potato and salad, swimming pool ok and also gym, will use again.
