What an amazing shop. The customer service was so good I was totally blown away! Staff were friendly, not too push and we had a problem with a pair of shoes and I just asked for some advice and they helped, agreed to take them back after verifying purchase and all with a smile! If only all shops were like this. Sports direct can go jump this is our new sports shop of choice. Fantastic work staff you should all be proud.

Popped into JD whilst on holiday to see if they had any crocs. As i was about to walk away due to them not having my size, a lovely lad called Ben approached me and offered his assistance. I needed the next size up in the crocs and he sorted me out right away. It wasn't just that however, his entire presence was just amazing. I suffer from anxiety and he just made me feel so comfortable. We chatted about uni and good places to go locally, overall a lovely lad. He is a credit to this store, hope he gets the grades he wants and gets where he wants to be in life.

Buying for my son, so not somewhere I'd usually shop, however the staff were great and friendly too so I didn't feel out of place or ridiculous for asking questions about sizes or brands. The girl who served me knew about the about the app and took time to explain how it worked. Definitely feel comfortable shopping there for my son again.

Just the same as all JD stores, perfect for buying branded sports Wear, trainers and they pretty much always have a discount rail.

Always a pleasure visiting here as there is so much variety and all at decent prices too. The staff are very helpful and from all the ones I have chatted to they have a wealth of outdoors experience, so well positioned to advise you on bits you may be looking for. It's also good that it's a dog friendly shop so the smallest member of the family can come in too if you are just popping by. Loads of free parking and other handy shops nearby too.

I was helped by Tom and Steph today, I had a retunr as I picked up the wrong tent carpet. Steph was attentive in ensuring I was getting the best replacement and then Tom helped by showing me the alternative carpet in the tent that I own. Couldn't reccommend this team and store enough!

You can find many stuff such as tool, clothes, tents, and etc about picnic an adventure. I recommend to visit there.
