Matt and the team are the go to in my research and experience on Titanium frames. They were extremely patient with me and helped me through the process of not only getting the right bike but also getting a great deal. After having a few fit issues they were willing to work with my local fitter to dial it in and couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommend.

Visited the store to look at some lights for my bike and to ask a couple of questions about some new wheels I had recently fitted. The staff in store could not have been more helpful. It is great to find a bike shop like this - use them or lose them! An amazing selection of bikes, accessories and components. Well worth a visit.

These guys are the best in the business. I visiting this morning looking for a specific replacement bolt, they knew instantly what I wanted and went above and beyond to help me out. Can’t thank them enough. Cheers guys!.

We had a product (charger pump) which developed a fault after little use. Hamish was extremely helpful and after testing he kindly replaced it for a brand new one without any fuss. It is great to find a store who puts the customer first. I recommend them to anyone. Honest and professional team. Thank you so much.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. On the most recent visit, Nate in particular was most helpful in providing support with a brake problem. Would definitely recommend for servicing. We previously had a very positive experience in buying bikes recently and in advice in choosing helmets.

The Norwich city centre staff (today) were brilliant. Helpful, polite and a great service throughout my visit. Arranged with them to collect next week as bike for my grandson, and nothing was a problem. Thank you.

Originally found a bike online, contacted the Norwich store to inquire about purchasing through cycle to work scheme. Spoke to Jake at the store who was extremely helpful, and processed the sale within a few hours. Kept informed of the process, purchase through despatch at all times. Really could not fault this store, or the website, in a time when it is becoming increasingly difficult to purchase the bike that you want, this was easy.

New bike day here was a Great experience from start to collection. All the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgable. It’s no small purchase when buying a good spec EBike and was made enjoyable with no pressure, just great advice and friendly service. Can’t wait to get out on it, thanks for the bike. Over the moon is a understatement.

Recently called into the store looking for some advice after purchasing a bike online from another retailer.Very very helpful and problem sort with the minimum of fuss .Will definitely us the store in future and highly recommend the workshop guys,thanks!
