Great customer service offered by all staff i spoke to. Any question i had was answered fully and assistance given when asked for. The unit itself was very clean, dry and secure. Now the price, i was given a new customer offer which quite frankly i couldnt believe. To rent a 75m squared unit for £12 a week just seemed far too cheap with the insurance cover and free padlock. "Wow" is the only word used to describe it. Overall the team were excellent and if i need a storage unit again, ill definitely be coming back to Store First Rochdale. Keep up the amazing work guys.

Great communication and customer service and support. On the phone they explained everything accurately and would answer our questions accurately with full explanations. Staff are really friendly and supportive.Can't wait to use the storage service provided it straight forward and very.convenient.

Efficient and straightforward booking process. Good storage space, I had no issues. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

We had our offices here before we merged with another company, fantastic office space and very accommodating. The benefit for us was the reception service that took in our parcels when we were out of the office and the included services all wrapped up into one monthly fee. Included was heating, lighting, furniture and most importantly superfast fibre broadband. The network has recently been upgraded by myself and Evaris Solutions to allow for full utilisation (200Mbps) of the internet speeds whilst providing a secure connection to each of the offices. if you are looking for office space then I highly recommend Simple Storage as the place to be, convenient for the motorway with secure parking too. Also, rest assured your office is protected with onsite security and CCTV.

Had no clue, what the renting of a storage involves, Simple storage units, were very helpful, showed us the different sizes, and made the whole process, very easy. 10/10.

Rented a unit here for the last two years. Exceptional service, very reasonable priced. Throughly recommend.
