As a foreign person sometimes experiencing something new can be scared, especially when is language barrier. But having my belongings stored in the UK Storage was the best choice. From the first moment I had fully support from the team. They was very prompt in answering the phone, gives me plenty of time to express my wishes and also to make the right choices taking in consideration my needs. Once I closed the storage size and the time, I received a password to enter the building and a room number where I found the key and the lock from that room. Very easy to transfer as there was trolley’s and elevator. Any enquiries I had, the team helped me being very professional and friendly. Thank you very much. I will definitely recommend this place and you as a team. Plus the price is really affordable.

Clean, secure storage with easy access and excellent customer service! I dealt with Tegan, Neil and Aidan during my stay and all demonstrated excellent commitment and efficient focused assistance. An absolute pleasure to store with them. Best storage company I've ever used - five stars doesn't seem enough.

I can’t recommend this branch enough and praise them any higher. Justine has always been absolutely amazing since my very first enquiry email. So helpful, quick to reply and customer focused. Her customer service is just exceptional and she has gone above and beyond her role to help me with my unit. Extremely lovely, supportive, patient and understanding. Thank you Justine for everything.

Have used LoadnLock Sto rage &Van for a few years. The Staff are 1st Class very helpful. Can say from my experience nether had a problem. Payment for a unit usually on monthly payments. So if you need to store some of your items. Call into their office and enquire.

Been using for over a year and all fine but for one glitch, which was fixed.

Good generous storage, excellent loading bay, staff on site. Well regulated to maintain distancing. Great countryside location yet plenty of work going on in units around so feels secure. Good value too.

Not sure what to say other than their prices are very reasonable and the staff are friendly and helpful. Access is easy because they're in the middle of nowhere.

Great facility. Reasonable prices for nice clean, tidy, easy storage.
