We recently had a fault with our alarm, the issue was dealt with promptly by bringing forward our annual service & upgrading the system. We’ve been clients of PG Security for approximately 6 years and have always been impressed by the prompt, courteous & friendly service.

Highly professional team. The installation was very well managed and after sales follow ups were equally good! The cost and interaction with the team was 100% A big thank you to Paul & Dean and the rest of the team for the excellent service that we received throughout the process.

PG Security have looked after our alarm system for over 20 years. their staff are extremely pleasant and helpful and the engineers polite and discreet. I would recommend them to anyone.

As you know, we anticipated before your visit, that the system available were not wireless and were concerned that whilst a wired system would be more reliable we were not keen on having wiring showing. Well we can confirm that there is no wiring showing anywhere at all! The two engineers are a credit to SES and have done a superb job and we would certainly recommend SES to friends and neighbours.

I just wanted to say what a fantastic job your engineers did for us. Their work was incredibly neat and nothing was too much trouble. We hardly knew were around, having taken the opportunity to ask various friends for lunch over the three days when we needed to be at home!

I would like to take the opportunity to say that my dealings with SES have been a most positive experience. From your first visit to carry out a survey right through to completion of the installation we have been dealt with in a most courteous and professional manner by all your staff.
