CHUDLEY MOVING AND SHIPPING REVIEWS

A very professional company with great staff and very responsive to our needs. We were being moved into a house with very limited access down a long narrow road. Chudley produced two vans and a lorry to ensure that all our belongings were moved at the same time, but they would have needed to tranship if they used the lorry. Fortunately, and due to a masterclass in space management, Tom, Simon and Kevin managed to get all our belongings into the two vans. All three members of the team were polite, friendly, responsive and helpful throughout the move. During the course of the packing up my wife told me that she wasn't feeling very well, took a Covid test and found she was positive. Obviously she absented herself immediately and by this time the team were already on the way to our new house. Fortunately we had friends present at the new house so we stayed behind and they dealt with the unpacking of our belongings. I spoke to Tom on the telephone to apologise for unwittingly putting them in a difficult position. He was great, both reassuring and supportive and said that it was a hazard of the job but that it would not prevent them from completing the move for us. Overall, Chudley were very professional throughout, were competitively priced and delivered all of our goods without any damage or breakages. We would happily use them again without reservation.

Very helpful whenever I have called to ask a question Had our furniture stored for over I half years and when delivered all was well many thanks for your delivery guys who placed all items in rooms where they were asked.

We had a very complicated move and Chudley's could not have been more helpful and accommodating, both the movers and the staff in the office really went above and beyond. Thank you again!

Yes, another 5* review - but it couldn't be anything else. Eric and his team were just wonderful - I had a competitive quote and was duly booked in. The 3 man team arrived promptly ready to go and worked their socks off. I kept them fuelled with Yorkshire Tea and chocolate mini rolls of which they were very appreciative. All boxes were labelled with the room I wanted them to go in and they placed them all carefully. No breakages. Extremely personable guys who took the stress out of the move. Would recommend and use again.

Wow, this has to be the best money we have ever spent. Moving home is stressful anyway but Wayne and Richard were amazing from start to finish, not only professional but totally lovely people. House packed up in record time and unloaded in our new home before we knew it. Also thank you to Eric for all his help and advice throughout. Cannot recommend enough, if you’re thinking of using a removal company then look no further. Thank you so much.
