I found Nicola and Faye very helpful when booking the level 2 survey and they guided me through the process and answered any questions I had. Tony did the survey for me and I was very happy with the detail of the report and it was more than I expected. I spoke to him the day before the report and again after the report was completed. He explained to me in detail his findings on the property and I found him very patient and friendly.

We paid for a level 2 home buyer's survey, and found Anthony and Faye's customer service to be top notch. They were highly professional and took their time to explain the process and answer any questions. The detail in the final report was excellent and enabled us to have a clear picture on the state of the property. We would highly recommended Apex, really amazing job. We can’t thank them enough.

I needed a valuation for a redemption certificate for Help to Buy. I had been on a time crunch to receive as I was completing on my property the following week. Adrian came to the house the same day to provide the valuation and had the report in my inbox the following morning. Fantastic company to use, Adrian and Kay are very responsive and gave accurate time frames for the work needed. Very happy with the service and will definitely use them in the future.

What an amazing company. Kay and Gareth were absolutely amazing in their report on our property. Very professional and listened to our needs also. Highly recommend. Very down to earth with a helpful approach. And always came back to us when they said leave it with us. Very rare today people do that.

I recently used these surveyors and they were extremely helpful and communication was excellent. They fitted the survey in before Christmas even though they were extremely busy and they emailed it to both myself and the solicitors very promptly within the time scale they quoted. The survey was very concise and then i received a written copy through the post. I would highly recommend them.
