After weeks of debating about what windows and doors we wanted, we finally set our hearts on the Eurocell Modus flush windows and the Endurance Penn door in anthracite grey. We decided to use South Wales Windows as they were able to provide both our chosen styles. From start to finish this company was amazing. A big thank you to Nick, who spent so much time going through exactly what we wanted, he always had time to answer all our questions and communication was second to none from start to finish. At no point was there any pushy sales tactics, and we were allowed as long as we wanted to make our decisions. We advised South Wales Windows a date we would like for the install, which was 10 weeks from their initial visit. This date was agreed and they turned up on the exact day we wanted and completed all work within the time frame they gave us. The quality of the fitting was superb, and we were advised that any snag lists we might have would be dealt with promptly. This was certainly the case, as we noticed the one window did not have a child latch on. This was corrected promptly at whatever time suited us. Overall we are very pleased with our windows and doors and would not hesitate using this company again. The customer service and friendly nature of this company exceeded my expectations and they certainly went the extra mile. Many thanks again and a pleasure being one of your customers.

I would highly recommend South Wales Windows, from beginning to end customer service was great. We had one small hiccup which was rectified immediately without a problem. The installation went smooth, professional and well done. Workmanship could not have been better, the fit and finish and operation of all doors and windows is great The 2 guys fitting the windows were great, professional craftsmen and friendly. They knew what they were doing and it was obvious they worked well together and kept us informed as they progressed. They also did a brilliant job of cleaning up afterwards and took away all the rubbish. A big thank you to all of the team.

Had a window turned into a door in a small terrace house, quote was very quick, very reasonable, and lead in time better than anybody else we tried. Communication very clear, builders very efficient, friendly, clean, experienced, did a great job. Salesperson not at all pushy, surveyor very helpful. It already makes so much difference to our room and small patio area. We tried getting quotes from several companies and this one was by far the best and glad we went with them, fully recommend this family run local company. 18 months later (google won't let me post a new review) we were so pleased with the doors at the back that we had South Wales windows back again for new doors (external and internal) at the front. JP Windows are an exceptional company and i have no hesitation in recommending them . From first contact to finish they have been nothing but helpful and the finished product is as good as promised. All members of the company I have had dealings with have been friendly, polite and extremely helpful. I was kept informed of progress and when I asked questions Jonathan was always there to answer them.
