James recently fitted my new boiler (and helped keep my old one going for as long as possible before that) and he's always been prompt with responding/calling out, he arrives on time, and very reasonable with pricing. He goes above and beyond to help, such as fixing the supply to my washing machine for no extra charge. The new boiler works great, he talked me through how to use the new thermostat, gave tips on how to save money on gas, and even though he put down sheets to protect the carpet that was being walked on during the installation, he still cleaned upwards and hoovered the room, the stairs and hallway! Fantastic service- James is professional and very trustworthy. Thanks James!

James was excellent, contact was always very prompt and responsive to what I needed done. He gave me a quote which was cheaper than a previous provider, and went through options to meet my needs. He was polite, courteous, very efficient and cleaned up as he went along which is always a plus. I’ll be booking him to service my boiler next year - which says all you need to know.

Excellent service from MPH. We needed a new heating system in our quirky, 19th century house. Merrick was professional from start to finish and not phased by the interesting pipework that has developed over the years! Turned up on time and completed the job within the agreed timescale. Thoroughly recommend!

Merrick and Oliver came to fix my leaky boiler this afternoon, after I called them this morning. They diagnosed and fixed the issue within 30 mins of arriving, so I’m really pleased with the service! Both of them were polite and friendly, and I would 100% recommend them and use them again.

Great service today from the guys, really efficient in fixing my problem bathroom plumbing. Will be asking them back for some other jobs very soon. Really happy.

I contacted Rhys regarding a blocked toilet. He fitted me in in between jobs as he knew I was desperate. He kept me informed as to when he was coming and gave an excellent service whilst he was here. He is very knowledgeable and solved my issue, even though it was challenging! . He had two other boys with him who were also superb. Lovely guys. Very satisfied with the work done by Rhys/Pinnacle Plumbers - involved fitting in a new radiator and associated pipe work, replacing kitchen tap and various other bits and pieces of plumbing work.
