Absolutely brilliant! I was recommended to use Crossley Surveyors for RICS Level 2 Homebuyers Survey. I rang Ben Crossley who's customer service was excellent. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I'm absolutely blown away with the Homebuyers Survey. Excellent detailed report highlighting every aspect of the property with photographs provided. Professionalism, knowledge and expertise is outstanding and I highly recommend Crossley Surveyors.

Professional and helpful surveyors who came out to value my home for a Help to Buy redemption. Redemption valuations only last 3 months, and after the 3 month deadline when my property still hadn't completed, they turned around the desktop valuation for the extension to the deadline very quickly. Good value and friendly people.

Really helpful once the Survey was completed on a few properties while trying to buy a house, gave good advice and recommendations of work needed.
