Najeeb and Junior have been called upon a number of times in different properties we've been in for issues ranging from minor niggles with a boiler light, shower replacement, radiator works, and today the installation of a brand new boiler, which had served us for 18 years and was failing repeatedly. They are very patient in explaining options, suggesting best routes and clear on costs for work before completion. They are both extremely polite, professional, courteous, on time, and clear up as you'd hope you'd get with all professional people, which, alas, is not always the case.
