I have nothing but praise for them particularly Abby and Andrea who have been amazing through a complex sale (due to my solicitor). The level of contact and communication is second to none. They have been professional but with attention that felt like they were friends which was so welcome in a difficult situation. I could not have got through it without them and cannot recommend them high enough. Genuinely lovely people which is what you need in a stressful situation. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend

My partner and I used Martin & Co to move into a rental property only 2 weeks ago today. From start to finish Cerys was a star! Nothing was ever to much and someone was always on hand to help out with any issue or question we have had. Cerys went over and above to get us into the property we wanted and she is a credit to Martin & Co. Also I would like to mention Ollie who dealt with a maintenance request we had - it took him less than 24 hours to respond to the query and have someone out to fix the issue so bravo all round! I would highly recommend using Martin & Co if you want great service and lovely staff.

Cerys and the team have been nothing short of accommodating when it comes to having our affairs in order. Our moving application process has been taken care of by Cerys herself and has always had punctual and transparent communication from her along the way. They have left no ground uncovered and have included move in assurance in steps that I have never even expected or thought of when moving home now or previously, and it has given me a very comfortable peace of mind with the move entirely. Thank you for all of your hard work, it has not gone unnoticed!
