I hired David for a Level 3 Building Survey on a semi-detached Victorian property we were in the process of purchasing. David was immensely thorough and detailed in his work and the report gave me great confidence into what I was getting myself into. The sale ended up collapsing as we lost our buyers. A few months later we found another property and we this time hired David for a Level 2 survey. David was just as thorough and professional as before and I am very glad to have hired him. Hopefully we won't be moving for many years to come but, if we do, I'll be seeking out David without any hesitation.

Excellent service - David was really communicative, the report was incredibly thorough and insightful, with helpful advice on how to look after old buildings and correct methods. David also gave his time to talk through the report with us which was very helpful.

Quick, efficient and accommodating. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish, with an amazing personal touch and great attention to detail. The service and advise provided was second to none.

Bradley reshuffled his schedule to fit our survey in at a time that suited us, and produced a thorough and meticulous report with some great drone photos. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Bradley took the time to go over his report in detail on the phone once it had been issued, providing very useful advice that helped guide us through our first property purchase. I would highly recommend his services.

It was a great pleasure to have Bradley do a Level 3 Building Survey for my historic cottage. From his communications and updates, his approachable manner and the ability to prepare and finish the survey quickly, I have to say I was very impressed and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a reliable and conscientious professional.

I was initially recommended to Giles Lewis by a Structural Engineer who said that "Giles is the best in his field". His genuine care, hard work and time was above and beyond what we expected. Giles is a highly qualified, professional, kind, decent and exceptionally well mannered gentleman. His prices are unprecedentedly reasonable, for his professionalism, experience and time that he selflessly dedicates to you. Especially within this current climate, it is rare to find someone experienced and professional who is more concerned about helping you as an individual rather than the money he is earning. My mother is a teacher who spends a vast amount of unpaid time with her students to make sure they do well, in some regards l see a lot of Giles' principles and ethos within my mother. An example was a few days ago where we encountered a situation whereby our contractors needed some guidance and help. Even though Giles' fees had been settled and his involvement within our work which he charged a very reasonable price ceased many months ago, he still took the time to help us the very best he could using his own unpaid time through a conference call we scheduled with our contractors. It has been a true pleasure working with Giles and meeting him. l will be sure to keep him updated with all our work and l will unequivocally recommend him to anyone who needs party wall related surveys.
