Vacuum sweep are super and one of the main reasons why is because of their administrator Lydia. Lydia managed my appointment from start to finish like a true professional. She even called the day before just to remind me they were committed to sweeping our chimney the next day. This was a courtesy I really appreciated, especially in an era where reliability is on the decline. So, if you want professionalism, a friendly experience and a reliable chimney sweep then look no further.

I have used the vacuum sweep every year for the last 10 years. He’s reliable turns up on time, and does a really good job in sweeping and checking the chimney. Also very clean and tidy with no mess left afterwards.

Simon is a great chimney sweep. He found an issue took the time to give us some advice about the stove, flue, wood & safety. Super grateful.

Lydia was very helpful with all my questions when I booked to have my woodburner flue swept for the first time. She rang me the day before the chimney was due to be swept to remind me and to let me know to not light the fire the night before. Great guy, and great service, he moved things around to fit us in and kept us informed at all times, turning up on time, carrying out the job efficiently and leaving everything clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

Darren cleaned my chimney and stove last year and I forgot to leave a review. I’ve just rebooked him as I was so impressed with him and the quality of his work. He’s a great communicator too and will always return your call if he can’t answer straight away.
