From the initial visit to the showroom right through to the end of the project, the team at Salisbury Wood Flooring were really friendly & helpful, very knowledgeable & their communication was excellent. I am beyond thrilled with the result & so very pleased that I chose to have my original boards sanded & gaps filled & then stained/lacquered, as oppose to over-boarding with new flooring. The character of my home has been retained & I look forward to many happy years appreciating the new look. Thanks to all the team who helped achieve this. A totally excellent experience from start to finish! We had an old laminate floor which was on top of poor uneven concrete. We wanted a company who could replace this with a wooden floor and underfloor heating. Salisbury Wood Floors were able to do all of this. They're a friendly family business with a skilled team. We initially spoke to Leigh (Director) and booked an appointment with Sales (Bernice) at their showroom, then had a site visit. The electrician (Nick) was excellent, and the fitter (Charlie) did a superb job. Real attention to detail - superb! The quality is exceptional! THANKYOU!

The finish on our parquet floor is fantastic. In fact someone visited and thought it was brand new.! Shaz and Lauren were excellent, hard working and friendly. They treated our property with respect and the whole procedure was easy and seamless. I would certainly recommend them and Salisbury Wood Floors.

Highly recommend Salisbury Carpets. They have a great selection of carpets to choose from to meet all budgets, style and taste. We were spoilt for choice but took a selection of samples home to ensure we made the right choice. Friendly staff and excellent communication. The fitter, Steve arrived promptly to fit and was very professional and all old carpet taken away. He called in the day before to ensure all measurements were correct and that there were no problems. Will definitely be buying from them again.

We could not have chosen a better company to fit carpets in our house. Jamie not only visited and measured the rooms but also listened to what we wanted. He provided expert advice and scheduled our fitting dates to allow decorating to be completed. Mike even managed to match threshold bars to our door furniture. Nigel was a first class professional who completed the fitting to the highest level. We could not be happier. Many thanks to the whole team. Highly recommended.

It's a few weeks now since you fitted our new stair runner and two bedroom carpets. They still look great and I just wanted to say thanks again for such fabulous service. No sales pressure, great advice (which we are very glad we accepted and took on board!) and a huge range of carpets in many different price ranges. Phil was very good at getting them all fitted really well - he was friendly and clearly 'knows his stuff' when it comes to carpet laying. I am very pleased with the tiling of the walls and floor of my bathroom. Pawel is very efficient and friendly, going out of his way to make sure that everything is perfect and satisfactory. He worked really hard and was consistent, arriving on time and clearing up at the end of each day. I would highly recommend him and I'm hoping to have him back in the near future.

Pawel and Matt did an excellent job in our en-suite. Their work was meticulously planned and carried out to a very high standard. Although the space was small, the impact is huge and they clearly take great pride in their craft - I would highly recommend.
