Had my first tattoo done here by Leon and I couldn’t have been more happier with the results! He was very nice and an all round chill person who put me at ease when I expressed my nervousness. My mum is also really pleased with her tattoo. Will definitely be back thank you again.

Very good place to go! I got my tattoo done in January and whole experience was great! Leon did my tattoo, listened to what I wanted and really made me feel comfortable! Thank you! I love it and have been asked about who did it and complimented on it many times since.

Just got a tattoo by Leon here and it’s a beautiful big thigh piece that I’m absolutely in love with. Everything about it is perfect. Very clean and cute studio with great artists that make you super comfortable. All around great experience.

Had a cover up tattoo done by Nick last week, I couldn't be happier with the result! He is very talented. It was a full day session and everyone who worked there was great and made me feel comfortable all day. It is a really friendly and welcoming atmosphere, a few people came for walk ins and left as happy as I did. Adam (another member of the team) came in after around 5 and half hours and chatted to me about random stuff which made the last couple of hours go by faster. Would fully recommend the guys at black ink, Hull if you are looking at getting a tattoo.

Got my first tattoo here and can confirm I will come back for more when I can! My artist was very sweet and talked me through the process and we had a lovely conversation which kept my mind off what was happening. It was super sanitary and he was very gentle with me. I think his name was Daniel? If you read this it's healed super lovely and I've had lots of compliments on it thankyou so much.

Came today very impulsively after a hard few months. Angelica looked at what I had in mind and executed it perfectly. She gave me the delicate and feminine tattoo I had in mind. We had an amazing chat all the way through and it really was a perfect experience. Thank you so much, and il be coming back soon.

I went here today with me daughter to get my helix pierced, it's my first cartilage piercing and I was a little bit nervous, the piercer Matty was so welcoming and kind and put me at ease straight away, he explained everything he was doing as he was doing it, made sure both me and my daughter were okay throughout and offered both of us a drink. He was very thorough with the aftercare and said to call if I have any issues, no matter how small or trivial it might seem! Very professional and will be going back! Definitely recommend, if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I had my nipples pierced by Matty this morning. He was very professional, we had a good chat about everything before going ahead, hygiene was A1 and I'd feel soooo comfortable going back. The shop itself seems calm and everyone is friendly. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Thanks Matty!!
