Booked taxi on phone for picked up at 7.30am for 2 days later, the lady was polite & very helpful making sure to book an estate car pick as we had a rolater. The driver was there in plenty time. Was polite going to our second pickup and helped to get the 4 wheel rolater into his boot, which had plenty room. Dropped us off in plenty time for our connection. Very good service from beginning to end, would definitely recommend this company.

We used nearby for airport drop off and pick up. The service was excellent both cars arrived on time, our plane was held on tarmac awaiting passenger transport, delaying us. Driver was already at airport, he kept in contact and was waiting at the door when we came out. Both drivers were friendly and professional. We will definitely use this service again.

The taxi driver I had was awesome and even helped me with my car troubles by jumping my battery after doing the school run picking up my son. Fantastic driver and very professional.

Had to get a 12 seater at fairly late notice for a midnight journey from South Shields to Hexham. Del's were the only firm that came through for us and at a very good price. Driver was on time, efficient and very helpful. Will definitely use this firm again-superb service.

I used Del's today and I had the most wonderful lady driver. Didn't get her name but she was so helpful. I travelled with my dog and I'm a wheelchair user and nothing was a problem to her. Helped with my shopping too. The car was immaculate.

Turns up early which is ideal when catching a train. Gary is the best taxi driver in the north east. Went above and beyond, even come the night before to find my address so he didn’t get lost on the day. Thanks again.
