Great service and lovely people. I recently booked a fairly last minute holiday with Lisa. From the moment I sat down she established what was important for me and together we went through the options before setting on a week in Turkey. She gave me the benefit of her professional experience and I we settled on a deal. This is where it gets interesting because in my haste I neglected to check if my child’s passport was in date which it wasn’t. With exactly 1 week until the holiday I thought I had no chance but I went back in to seek some advice. Lisa had gone on holiday and to be honest I didn’t expect much help from the other staff as working in sales myself I know what it can be like but I could not have been more wrong. All the staff in that day pitched in with ideas and thanks to them I knew where to start and I got my boys passport a day before flying. The reason I mention this albeit in my own long winded way is that I’m sure that I would probably have saved a few quid booking my holiday myself but the value that this company bought to the table is worth that 10 times over. We had a wonderful holiday and this place has a customer for life so thanks again.

We have just returned from Ixia in Rhodes. Thankyou Belinda for the recommendation, it was brilliant. We will definitely be back in soon to book our next holiday. Everyone at HBD are always so lovely and helpful and you deserve your awards so much . Well done and thankyou.

It's always a pleasure booking a holiday with Emma at our local TUI branch in Grimsby. We've been dealing with Emma for 17th years now, whether it's booking a week in the sun or something a little more adventurous to a far off place the level of service is always 1st class. Emma is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, has excellent customer skills and is a real asset to TUI. We always feel welcome when we call in this branch. Keep up the good work.

Very professional staff been using hops for about 15 years would not go anywhere else been on 30cruises with them and Orlando several times with family nothing to much trouble never had a problem keep up the good work ladies.

Great service all the way through from initial travel enquiry, to a call once we were home to check all went well! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff - thanks, we'll be back!
