Took in the seat sections from a couple of dining chairs where the coverings had degraded. They suggested a week to complete but phoned a few hours later to say they were ready. I wondered if they’d phoned the wrong customer at first but not only were they ready, they’re excellent and actually look and feel much better than when they were new. Nice people and proper craftsmen - definitely the sort of business you’d have no worries about recommending to your friends.

i recently had my recliner couch and two recliner chairs reapolstered by david and his staff the quality of work is excellent and the price was very competatative people that have seen his work have passed comment how well it was done in the future i will not hesitate in using davids company again

Dave and his team have just refilled the the 4 cushions on our 2 Loaf settees. The quality and service provided were second to none. Our settees are far more comfortable now. Thanks Dave. Great job !

Emily has just completed our Chaise Sofa from Sofa.com. It was in a sad state after 8 years of raising a young family and the cat using it as his bed. I contacted a few companies but Emily was so responsive and helpful that it was an easy decision to go with her. She has kept me in the loop throughout and helped me choose fabrics. When it came to delivering the sofa back to me she stayed longer than needed to put the sofa back together to ensure I was happy with the end result. The sofa looks amazing, like brand new. I’m so pleased we salvaged it rather than replacing it. There is just no need to buy brand new if you like the style and size of your existing sofa. I would definitely recommend and I can see us using Viaduct Upholstery for further projects.

Emily has just reupholstered an old ‘family favourite’ a winged chair which came from my husband’s Grandmother! It looks absolutely stunning in its lovely new fabric that Emily helped us choose. It’s such an advantage having someone who is willing to visit your home so you can compare fabric swatches to your rooms existing furnishings and colour scheme. Looking forward to finding another project for Emily to bring back to life.

We made contact with Emily after seeing the positive reviews about Viaduct Upholstery. She has done a fantastic job providing new cushions for a rattan sofa and then recovering dining room chairs. All done at a reasonable cost, with great communication during the fabric choosing process and whilst doing the work. In addition Emily collected and delivered our furnishings. Great service. Rebecca did the most amazing job on the reupholster. Rebuilding the cushions using the original springs as well as pattern matching the fabric throughout - being that the fabric was tartan was an extra challenge which she met with perfection. Couldn’t be happier with the result! Highly recommend Rain City Designs if you’ve any upholstery restoration needed. I was kept upto date frequently with progress.

Rain City Redesigns was recommended to us when we were looking to have our very broken but super comfortable sofa recovered. Meeting with Rebecca to talk about fabrics, I was delighted to feel that she got what I was looking for. We chose a beautiful linen fabric and are really pleased with the upholstery work Rebecca did. Would recommend.

Rebecca did a brilliant job on my two Lloyd Loom pieces which I knew would be difficult to refurbish. I would certainly recommend her.
