Book in advance to save disappointment. That's a good sign in itself. Reminder texts received the night before. Arrived on time. Quick, tidy and honest work. Everything checked, advice given and not a spec of dust anywhere. Pomeroy is a friendly, warm person who puts your mind at ease with his professionalism and sunny disposition (he happily whistled whilst working.) 100% would recommend.
I have used Jon Pomroy for around twenty years now He is very tidy, professional and does a great job of cleaning my chimney I have no reservations or concerns about the brilliant job he does Jon is the best!
Since having our fire installed 5 years ago we have used Mr Pomroy, The Chimney Sweep!! The service received is great, from booking with his wife to completion of the job. We get a call and a text as a reminder before the appointment and Mr Pomroy is always on time. He's friendly whilst also professional and he's very knowledge about what he does....I suppose after 34 years in the business he would be! Thank you for looking after our fire all these years!
