I called WePlumb247 when I found quite a lot of water dripping out of my boiler. It was a Sunday afternoon, the phone was answered straight away and they had someone out to me in less than 2 hours. He luckily had the right seals in his van, repaired the boiler within the hour covered by the call out fee and there was just a small charge for the seals. I’ve saved the number and would definitely call them first if I ever need an emergency repair again.

Brilliant company. They answered me early afternoon on the Friday before the May bank holiday weekend. They came as they said they would at 5pm that day and sorted out fitting a cooker, solving an additional problem with a fitting. Saved me from no home cooking and no hot water over the long weekend. Decent price too, given it was a last minute call out. Very professional but happy to help also. I can’t give them enough stars.

The gas engineers were extremely prompt and arrived right on time. They carried out their work efficiently and to a high standard. Very kind and professional throughout the process. I was especially impressed by how quickly they acted and resolved everything. Highly recommended.
