Just want to thank everyone who helped with the young deer I brought in earlier today after seeing it nearby laying too close to the road. You were all so kind and professional in your treatment of this unfortunate deer ( severely injured by passing vehicle and left). I noticed it sitting up too close to the road so turned round to see if I could help, it was clear the injuries were too severe despite remaining alert. If any of the other motorists who also stopped to help see this, thank you. Your help, understanding and kindness didn't go unnoticed, thank you all.

Absolutely fantastic staff who really care for your horse, the veterinary practise went above a beyond in their treatment of our horse to ensure the best outcome of the MRI, ( can't thank you enough.) The staff are very willing to help load your stubborn horse on to your box or trailer. Again thank you for all your help.

I found a cat which had been hanging around the area for a while and looked unwell. After having issues with other vets I contacted Falkland and they were absolutely amazing from the receptionists through to the vet. They saw the cat straight away and even provided a carrier for me to bring it in with. Thank you to everyone at Falkland for being so kind and helpful.

My friend has just had to let her fur baby cross the rainbow bridge, but the care she has received from the vets here was wonderful. My friend had her fur baby for almost 15 years, she was the first breath of life, and I thought that it was only right for her to be there for her last breath.

Rang for advice and the lady I spoke to was amazing! She reassured me and made me feel comfortable when explaining the situation. Thank you!!

Great vets, out of hours service brilliant, friendly careing staff, taking the time to explain all the treatment, & up front explanation of the costs involved, been using their services since 1972. Update Nov 2023 very much the same, still caring. Very busy this Friday morning 12/4 & things seem to be getting very expensive

GKG vets was recommended by someone. Wish we had known about them when we had our first dog. Our second dog had to have an operation to her knee when she was about 8 months old. She is just over 2 years old now. And running around like a crazy dog thanks to the vets at GKG veterinary. Would not go anywhere else 10/10 thank you.

Everyone at the practice is always so helpful and supportive with my shy and nervous rescue dog. They go out of their way to reassure him. This is our second dog who has been looked after by GKG Newbury and honestly they've been great throughout. Thoroughly recommend.
