Today was a hard day for me but was made so much easier by the staff and Charlott. From the moment I arrived to me leaving they where all professional supportive and gave me loads of time to say good buy to my beloved fur friend. Even during my dogs life even in last few weeks with visits around his health they where always supportive and amazing so how anyone can give 1 star is beyond me. Thank you guys for making a hard day that little bit easier.

Our cat has been treated by this vet for 4 years for diabetes and has always received nothing but the best care by becca who previously worked here and now Shannon. She recently had a very dangerous hypoglycaemic episode and the vets have no doubt saved her life and we will be eternally grateful . Yes it is hard to get through on the phone but once you are through the care is amazing.

I have been going to this vet for years with my dogs. I feel like my dogs are in safe hands whenever they need to come here. Really friendly people, especially Hannah the vet. You can see that she really cares about animals. Super kind. Thank you.

Unfortunately on Monday i had to call for emergency vet for my rabbit Luna. they were very quick to get us in and whilst there they we excellent taking the time to explain our options. excellent care for my fur baby took there time and comforted me and my partner. unfortunately she had to be put to sleep but the care and service we received were outstanding.. thankyou so much to all at vets for pets ur all amazing.

I moved to vets4pets preston from my previous practice of 20+ years. I have to say its been the best decision. Everyone is super friendly and caring and very welcoming. Josh the vet who is caring for my staffy is brilliant with her and knowing she's so nervous he really puts her at ease. Very pleased with her care can definitely recommended.

Amazing staff, the care I received for my puppy was wonderful, and the vet made me feel comfortable which kept my little one calm, the overall experience was brilliant recommend it to anyone and not overpriced.

My border terrier Jasper had surgery for a snapped cruciate ligament in March. He has made a great recovery which has been helped by having weekly hydrotherapy sessions with Nicky Birch. Everyone we have dealt with in the last few months have been very caring, helpful and professional. I can highly recommend Ribble Vets and hydrotherapy, a big thank you to Nicky for her advice and perseverance while getting regularly soaked by Jasper having a good shake! .

Sadie and the rest of the team are simply amazing. I can’t really put into words how kind and lovely you were to me and my family when we lost Rebel – so lovely and compassionate. Thank you so much.

Sadly it was time to say goodbye to our much loved family cat Colin. All the staff at Ribble vets were wonderful. I can’t thank them enough for there kindness and support.
