I recently had an excellent experience at Specsavers Friargate. They provided exceptionally fast service, completing my eye test within 15 minutes. Optician Mohammed and Natalie were outstanding in assisting me with frame selection, considering my high prescription. The staff, overall, were responsive, polite, friendly, and attentive, demonstrating effective customer service throughout.

I always go there for my eye test and I was very satisfied. The staff were friendly and professional, and the optometrist was thorough, explaining everything clearly. The process was quick and efficient with state of the art facilities. Overall, a positive experience.

I recently visited Specsavers at 1 Friargate, Preston, where I was dealt with quickly, efficiently and in a thoroughly professional manner. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I visit the Spectacle Factory for all my glasses and I live in Suffolk! They introduced me to these amazing Maui Jim sunglasses several years ago and now wouldn’t wear anything else. The lenses are incredible..bring out the colours of things …and as a migraine sufferer they are brilliant…highly recommend and also the Spectacle Factory for their superb customer service.
