Steven and his team have looked after our beautiful Jack Russell, Spencer for many years and we have always felt he is in safe hands. Spencer recently became ill and at 17 years and 9 months old we had to make the decision to put him to sleep. In the days leading to this, the receptionists were so kind and sympathetic, the nursing team looked after him and sent us updates and photos via WhatsApp and Steven treated Spencer brilliantly and kept us informed and advised of what was going on and our options. When it came to letting him go, a nurse arranged for us to spend some quiet time with him and Steven bobbed in and out as as took us through the procedure giving us time alone with him which was so important to us. We can't thank you enough for your care. Thankyou.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to all the staff at Vets 4 Pets Horbury Road for their continuing care of my diabetic cat Sooty who was diagnosed in May 2022. I visit the practice regularly as we try and manage Sooty's condition and they have been so kind and helpful through all the trials and tribulations her diabetes has brought us. Steven is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, kind and helpful and all the reception staff are so friendly and kind to both myself and Sooty. I would like to say a particularly big thank you to both Erin and Maria who I have had most contact with and who always make me feel better on my regular visits to the practice. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a professional, kind, caring team who look after both the animal and the owner incredibly well. Learning that our Akita Mishka had diabetes was initially overwhelming. The prospect of controlling and measuring glucose levels was new and intimidating as we had little to no experience. With help from Chantry vets, and the installation of a Libre View, we were able to monitor Mishka’s glucose levels closely and at ease which, in turn, gave us peace of mind and the confidence to administer the correct amounts of insulin. A special thank you to Megan and Maria who have helped through what has been a worrying time for us. Our girl is now able to live a normal and happy life Thank you Chantry, you are fantastic at everything that you do.

My first visit to this practice and cannot fault it, staff were very nice and friendly and everything went smoothly. I was not given good news about my dogs condition but everything was explained clearly to me by the vet as to the prognosis for my dog. He gave medications for my dog and explained fully what they were and about any side effects. I can highly recommend this practice to anyone with no reservations.
