Lens had fallen out of my glasses. Went into the Wakefield branch and was attended to almost immediately. The young lady said she would repair them but quickly discovered that the thread for the screw was no longer useable. She then replaced the frame and installed the lenses. The frame was identical to the ones I already had. I was delighted and she added that, if it happens again I shouldn't hesitate to come in and it would be sorted for me. Excellent service.

Fantastic staff my glasses had broken for the second time got a brilliant member of staff who straight away ordered me a new pair of glasses I will not go anywhere else for my glasses best staff and always a welcome with happiness and very helpful not rushed just brilliant 5*

Friendly opticians, comprehensive eye check and super helpful staff, Jeanette was very informative and I would highly recommend to anyone needing a good service, prices weren't bad either

Following Cataract on both eyes I had a post operation appointment at Specsavers last Friday at Little Westgate Wakefield. The service & attention that I received really was excellent, could not be bettered. The Optician was really thorough & he went through everything carefully. I really can tell people YOU SHOULD GO TO SPECSAVERS.

I found my experience a very comfortable one. Everyone very helpful and Mr Gale so thorough. I couldnt get my specs re hosp app with family member but I will be back. Thankyou to everyone. I have great confidence in my eye and ear tests at Specsavers.

I had a brilliant experience at Boots Opticians in Wakefield. Sauce was absolutely fantastic! He was pleasant, knowledgeable and attentive while helping me choose my new Rayban glasses. Sauce really took the time to make sure I found the best pair. I also had a contact lens check with Raj, who was just aa excellent. He recommended a heat eye mask, which has made such a difference and really helped me! Great service all round for my he team. I’ll definitely be back as the team were bang on!

Greetings, I recently visited the Wakefield branch after having an unpleasant experience with my previous opticians and the quote I have been given by them. upon arrival I was shortly greeted by the lovely Dima. I explained to her my concerns and what I was looking for and I cannot fault her service. She explained what lenses would be better for me and would work best for my needs but also gave me different options as I am struggling with my finances. I never felt pressured into making the decision on the day and never felt as if she was trying to upsell which was the issue I had with my old opticians. I would highly recommend this branch as I can see the care the staff have for their customers and please may you pass my thank you to her I shall be coming back soon. Cheerio.

Had a really good experience at Boots Opticians today in Northgate, Wakefield. Jai carried out my eye test with care and efficiency and Lisa helped me with picking out a new pair of glasses and placing my order. I have been coming here for my eye tests and buying new glasses for about 8 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Great service!
