Absolutely impressive from start to finish. My dog received first class care and the veterinary surgeon Maria was outstanding. She was so professional explaining every step of the way clearly and keeping me fully updated following the operation. She could not have been kinder, more helpful or friendlier. I really felt my dog to be in safe hands and he was. All the staff were helpful, warm and friendly as well. I cannot thank them enough.

I’ve always received such good service and the staff have always been very kind and helpful. A special thank you to Shelly; she helped our dog Freddy overcome his fear of claw clipping. Shelly was so patient, we started with one claw at a time, now I can do as many as needed from home. She was particularly good at providing behavioural insights, training suggestions and taking time to bond with Freddy.

Outstanding service, they operated on my dog at a very short notice. Special thanks to Rebecca and Lucy that took great care of my poor dog.Thank you for all the care and attention. Highly recommending this vet hospital. My dog is now recovering well. Angus sending lots of kisses. Can’t thank you enough:)

The staff are always very friendly and professional. They remember the medical history of one of my cats after lengthy treatment last year without even having to consult their records which is always nice to see because this shows they clearly care if they remember things like this when you consider the number of animals they must see each year.
