Phil has been amazing with my daughter’s ankle injury. After many frustrating NHS appointments with much uncertainty and lack of progress, Phil identified the problem quickly and spent a few weeks working on the injury. Matilda’s progress has been amazing thanks to Phil and she is back doing the sports she loves so much quicker than we could’ve achieved with the NHS. Phil was lovely, very knowledgable and personable. He really looked after Matilda.

Phil Wilson has fixed a number of physical faults in my 80+ year old joints and muscles. The first was persistent pain with full use of a replacement metal ankle - supposedly untreatable. He has amazing analytic capability in applying gentle strength to joints, tendons, and nerve locations to gradually remove permanent hurt. A shoulder was next ... he puts you back on the street as soon as he thinks you are well! Unsolicited comment.

Phil was excellent with helping my son recover from his injury and get back to playing football. Phil chatted during the sessions with my son about football and engaged very well with him. He was very thorough and made sure my Son had understood and was clear on the exercises he needed to do. He got full range back in his ankle very quickly.

PHYSIOTHERAPY AND WELLNESS REVIEWS

I have seen Andy Lord for a variety of issues over the last three years, and each time he has been able to really effectively assess and treat the problem, with a combination of exercises, massage and acupuncture. He was particularly key in my rehabilitation after a significant leg injury resulting in a tibial pin insertion. I had been struggling to make progress, but with his input I soon gained confidence, strength and movement, and subsequently made a full recovery which I feel would not have been achieved without his support.

I came to Andy Lord a year ago with a very unhappy shoulder - extreme tendonopathy in three tendons and a frozen shoulder on top, not to mention nearly passing out with pain every time I hurt it. Using traditional and up-to-date therapies he has got my shoulder fully working again and pain free. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a physiotherapist.

I have been receiving treatment for 2 months for knee and back pain, and the results have been fantastic. Emily has been exceptional. She is hugely knowledgeable and has taken the time to create an exercise plan including both conditioning and stretching to improve my strength, and alleviate the pain; and its worked wonders. Thank you.

Excellent and carefully considered care from Sabrina and the team at Winchester Physio. This was my first lower back issue and it was a struggle to navigate, but feeling relief after my very first session I knew I was in safe hands. I was given helpful, and really achievable, exercises to continue my progression at home accompanied by a few more treatment visits. I will be recommending to friends and family and will definitely re-visit for preventative ad-hoc sports massages to help prevent further issues.

I’ve been seeing Jack at Winchester Physio & Health for a back injury, and the treatment is already showing progress. He’s helped me build confidence and start working towards movements I’ve been struggling with in the gym, especially deadlifts. Jack explains everything clearly, makes the sessions really approachable, and genuinely cares about helping you get back to what you love. Highly recommend!

Sabrina is an excellent physio! Within just one session my pain eased noticeably. She explained everything clearly and gave me practical advice and exercises to manage it at home. Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. A great experience - highly recommend.
