Thanks to Phil, my marathon training's back on track : ) After 3 months of a painful knee whilst running and inconclusive physio appointments elsewhere, Phil diagnosed the problem in the first session and gave me treatment and exercises to sort it out. Just 3 weeks later, I'm up to 18 miles of pain free running. Can't thank you enough.

Over recent months I have had cause to visit Elle for treatments for knee, arm, neck and hip problems and can only praise her skill and professionalism as one by one she has rid me of the pain these various complaints have been causing me. Especially the hip pain which I had convinced myself was evidence that at some time in the future I would be needing replacement surgery. But Elle with her excellent diagnostic skills soon put this dread to bed and after a few treatments I am now pain free. I can thoroughly recommend Elle at Silver Fern. She has a delightful personality and a caring attitude towards her patients.
