We chose Red Box Web Design with high expectations based on their reputation and online reviews. Unfortunately, our experience with Spotted Lizard Prints did not match those expectations.
While the initial discussions were positive, we felt the project lacked clear communication and consistent follow-through. There were occasions where expectations around timescales and deliverables were not met, which made the process more stressful than it needed to be.
We also expected more proactive guidance regarding SEO strategy and website growth. Although promises were made about helping improve our online presence, we did not feel the results or level of support reflected what had been discussed.
As a business, we value transparency and responsiveness. Unfortunately, we often found ourselves having to chase updates rather than being kept informed throughout the project.
We appreciate the work that was completed, but overall we were disappointed with our experience and don't feel it represented the level of service we expected when choosing Red Box Web Design.

We engaged Red Box Web Design to create the DHG Services website, manage our SEO and run our Google Ads campaign, expecting a professional service that would generate enquiries and help grow our business. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing.
From the very beginning, we did not see the level of performance we had been promised. The website failed to generate the enquiries we expected, our SEO showed little meaningful progress, and the Google Ads campaign did not deliver the results we believed it should. Despite investing significant time and money, we found ourselves continually questioning the value we were receiving.
Communication often became frustrating, and we regularly felt we had to chase updates rather than receiving proactive advice or clear reporting. We expected a digital marketing partner that would monitor performance, make continual improvements and demonstrate measurable progress, but that wasn't our experience.
As a business that relies heavily on generating enquiries online, we needed a website and marketing strategy that delivered results. Instead, we were left feeling that the website, SEO and Google Ads campaign simply never gained any momentum from the outset.
Since moving away and investing in improving our online presence ourselves, including developing a new website and implementing a structured SEO strategy, we have seen significantly greater engagement and believe our online presence is now much stronger than it was previously.
Every business has different experiences, but unfortunately ours did not meet our expectations. We cannot recommend the service based on the results DHG Services received. - Dave

We built the DHG Services website in 2024. As soon as the site launched, we ran a successful two-month SEO trial, where it reached number one on Google for "home lifts in Stafford", its main local search term. We sent you this in a written performance report at the time, along with advice on improving enquiries, including adding reviews, trust signals and a landline number. You decided not to continue with SEO after the free trial. Google Ads were also managed for a short period, free of charge.
Having reviewed our records, we responded promptly throughout and held additional meetings to help, including one with me personally to make further changes to the site.
We valued working with you, and in early 2026 you approached us again to quote for restarting SEO, which we would gladly have taken on. I'm sorry we couldn't take the work further, and I wish you and the business every success.
