Jess’s organisation and attention to detail is second to none. She has an incredible grasp and control on logistics, which allows creative suppliers like myself (a wedding florist) to design in the most calm and effortless environments. Not only is she incredibly skilled in her craft and expertise as a planner, but she has a calming, unflappable demeanour which is a MUST when handing over the reins for your big day. Jess is a delight to work with, and has the perfect balance of warm, fun energy but also a transparent, honest ‘no fluff’ approach, and I know first hand that no job is to big or small on a wedding day to ensure a smooth, stress-free day for her couples. Would recommend over and over!

I can't thank Jess enough for her help and support through the planning process of our Wedding. She truly was incredible. I looked into a Wedding planner around 18 months before our Wedding, more to help with on the day support and after doing my research I found Jess. We had a brilliant first meeting on Zoom & decided the best package for us was her on the day coordination. Jess picked back up with us 3 months before the Wedding and was an amazing support from start to finish. She liaised with all of our suppliers to plan for the most perfect day. Even our guests commented on how brilliant she was during the day. I couldn't recommend Jess enough as she really did help create our dream day.

Working with Jessica and her team on a recent wedding was a complete pleasure. She was meticulous in her planning and execution of the wedding. The day went without a hitch and was one of the highlights of my year. Nothing was too much trouble and she was thorough in her planning for me as a florist. The guys at Village Green Events supported us with our wedding day and they didn’t disappoint. Drapes, chairs, tables & tableware, candles & lanterns, blankets and games were what we asked for. Everything was top quality and the guys took all the hassle of organising delivery, install and removal from our venue away. Emily and the team were easy to communicate with and on hand for support and advice during the run up to our day. Whatever event you are looking for support with, we’re sure Village Green Events will be able to help. Cheeeeerrrrssss!

Emily and Claire helped us with our wedding decorations including lots of hire items, set-up and planning. They are true event pro's and just gave us so many ideas that really pulled the vision together. Emily and Claire are also both so lovely and easy to work with and are super responsive and organised - exactly what you need when planning a wedding. Claire and the team were amazing when they helped us decorate our wedding venue back in October. We first met with Karen at a wedding fayre at our chosen venue Whirlowbrook Hall. At the time we were not planning on having too much decoration, however having met with Karen and seeing what she offers, we were very easily persuaded to have twinkle lights as it definitely gave the room something special. We then came back to Whirlowbrook for an appointment with our wedding planner and saw the chairs dressed with white sashes and eucalyptus -we walked in and we both just said ‘wow’ ,so we went back to Karen for a quote and booked the chair sashes alongside a locked post box for our cards.From beginning to end Karen was always very approachable and nothing was too much. We very much appreciate everything you did for us the week of the wedding and we cannot recommend you enough.

Karen decorated our wedding and nothing was too much trouble for her, even when the chair dressings wanted changing an hour before the ceremony. She was an absolute perfectionist who listened to our ideas and advised us how we could incorporate everything that was important to us in the best possible way. She made the day stress-free with her expertise and the venue looked stunning, which was commented on by a lot of our guests. Thank you, Karen.

Karen was absolutely amazing when she styled our venue in October last year. Was patient, helpful, always available when I needed her and the end result was stunning. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning a wedding or event.
