The best decision we made when planning our wedding was booking Kimberly. We booked her services for the 6 week run up to our wedding and the day of however, Kimberly went above and beyond our expectations with this. She was never more than a quick voice note away checking in to make sure we were on track and to answer any questions we had. I went into the day of wedding not worrying about whether a supplier may or may not turn up or whether the centrepieces would look because I had every trust in Kimberly that she would make sure it was ok for us. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Kimberly to anyone planning a wedding and I can’t thank her enough. Thank you so much Kimberly.

Kimberly was amazing from the very start. She went above and beyond both our expectations. My wife is known for being a bit of a control freak when it comes to planning things, but had full confidence in Kimberly and it more than paid off, she wasn’t stressed at all! When things we wanted didn't quite work (adding our neon sign onto the DJ booth) Kimberly improvised and had alternative ideas which paid off and looked amazing. Not only is Kimberly a great wedding planner, she’s also a great person who made us feel at ease and is so easy to get a long with! We highly recommend! All the best for the future.

1ST IMPRESSION REVIEWS

1st Impression have recently dressed The Great Hall at The Mount Hotel Wolverhampton for West Bromwich Operatic Society's 80th Anniversary Ball. It was a casino themed event and Heidi supplied white chair covers with red and black sashes, candelabra, mirror plates and crystals. I had provided A4 sized playing cards as menus and small playing cards for name plates. Everything coordinated beautifully and the whole effect drew fantastic comments from the guests. Heidi was easy to work with and together we achieved the overall impact I wanted. The room looked stunning and really I could not have done it without her. All it took was a few phone calls and two meetings and a load of stress was lifted from my shoulders. Thanks again Heidi for making the event such a success.I would have no hesitation in recommending 1st Impression.
