FINGASK CASTLE REVIEWS

I have been photographing weddings at Fingask Castle for many, many years now and I have to say that it is definitely one of my favourite places to visit. The beautiful castle itself is absolutely magical and is a perfect backdrop for your wedding photographs. If the weather isn't great you can have your ceremony inside the wonderful Long Gallery, and if it's lovely then there are so many beautiful spaces for your vows outside in the very well maintained gardens that you are spot for choice. The sweeping and brightly lit staircase, the hidden walled garden and the flower-filled courtyard all offer so much photographic opportunity that you really can't go wrong at Fingask. The staff are all amazing too! I always look forward to my next wedding there.

Fingask Castle was the beautiful setting for our wedding in July this year. We cannot recommend Ross, Cairo, Arlene and all the team highly enough. We had the most amazing week at Fingask, culminating in a wonderful wedding day. The team made the whole experience stress-free and really special. Every detail was covered which meant we could relax on the day. Nothing was a problem for them. Fantastic experience and we highly recommend Fingask Castle as not only a wedding, but also a holiday venue! The grounds around the castle are beautiful and great for dog walks (they are very dog friendly!). It was a day we will never forget! Thank you.

The most incredible wedding venue and team Scotland has to offer! My husband and I cannot thank the Fingask team enough for their hard work making our wedding spectacular in every way. We were so well taken care of by them, not just on the wedding day but the whole year of planning! A wonderful venue and incredible team. SILVERWOOD LODGE RESORT & FUNCTION BARN REVIEWS

After our large wedding was canceled due to Coronavirus, we approached Silverwood lodges about hosting a small ceremony and accommodation for our guests. The team could not have been more helpful, from the beginning nothing was too much trouble and they made it a really special day. The accommodation was perfect, finished to a high standard but cosy and welcoming. Our guests loved their lodges and the surrounding areas. We had a small reception in the barn, which was perfect, overlooking the beautiful water. The team at Silverwood really made our day and it felt like they were part of our wedding. We will definitely be staying at Silverwood lodges again and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Me and my partner visited in August, was such an amazing experience to get out of the city and into this quiet little place, we had such an amazing time and highly recommend it for anybody considering it. Just book it you will not be disappointed! Lots to do around the area and the place has such an amazing vibe full of kindness. Hopefully will be back again soon !

Loved the lodge, really quiet area. Had hot tub, but did not use, will do next time though. Works going on around the resort, but did not annoy. Very close to Perth, Dundee, St. Andrews. I am looking forward to going back.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding venue than Bachilton Barn. The team allowed us to have everything exactly as we envisioned, making our day truly unique. They were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. A special shoutout to our wedding coordinator, Ella, who was simply amazing—so supportive and attentive to every detail. The surroundings were absolutely gorgeous, providing a stunning backdrop for our special day. We highly recommend Bachilton Barn for anyone looking for a beautiful and personalized wedding experience!

We knew that from our first visit to Bachilton Barn that we would be getting married there. We can’t thank Kayleigh and the team at Bachilton enough, nothing was too much work for us or our guests and they made our day run perfectly! The cottages on site were an extra bonus and we loved having our family and friends staying with us for the weekend to extend the celebrations. The venue was simply stunning and we loved adding our personal touches. We wouldn’t change a thing about our day and we can’t wait to make an annual trip to Bachilton cottages.

We had our wedding at Bachilton Barn in April and we cannot recommend it enough! It is absolutely stunning and the staff are incredible, they were fantastic with all our suppliers and ensuring everything ran smoothly on the day. I don't think other venues we looked at would have had such enthusiastic and good staff! The Venue speaks for itself and all our guests were blown away with how nice it was. It is a wonderful place to get married.
