Lyndsey is very supportive with helping me through my weight loss journey! 100% recommend giving it a go and seeing for yourself.

Lyndsey is more than just a consultant- she is very supportive, knowledgeable and is there all the way on your weight loss journey x.

I started the 1:1 diet so I could feel better for my wedding in 2017 knowing I wanted to lose several stone I was committed to the plan from day one, the products I enjoyed and my consultant was very knowledgeable about each one and what she thought would suite me on the steps I was doing, Lindsey was very easy to talk to and ask advise, even on weeks where I found it hard she still gave advice and encouraged to carry on, always saying look how far you have come, I list four stone for my wedding. 2024 I returned wanting to lose another couple of stone and I have again enjoying the products and taking advice from Lindsey. The first 12wk I did just drinks and I found this easy, now I’m struggling and maintaining but all in all I’m over 6stone down on the 1:1 diet and encourage anyone to give it ago. - CC Reply

I have been a member there for 5 weeks and have lost 1 stone 1 and a half pounds already! The group is amazing, very friendly and welcoming, we have such a laugh. Angela is wonderful, very caring, very encouraging, her knowledge is without question and she motivates everyone in her own special way. I have been to many other classes before and lost interest- this is it this time for me.

Lovely friendly and informative club. Ang the leader is so lovely and so are her colleagues. Really enjoying my SlimmingWorld journey. I have never eaten as much and continue to lose weight.

Lots of support for Ang help me lose 3.5 stone, groups are fun and always inspiring… definitely recommend Angela for help with weight loss.
