Bloxwich Windows fitted new double glazed doors/windows and back garden door on 30 Oct 23. Very pleased with the finished look particularly of the style used which matches with the front of my house. I now have lovely light coming into what used to be a dark and dingy garage – what a transformation to my utility/storage room. David and Morris worked really well on getting everything fitted within the guaranteed timescale, especially given the unpredictable weather. They cleaned up to a respectable standard and even took the old doors away. The boss Glen, popped round after they had finished and gave me a good rundown on aftercare and registering keys etc.. He was very genuine with queries I had. I had 4 quotes before I chose Bloxwich Windows and everyone were fairly competitive (some ridiculous), but I chose Bloxwich Windows as they were very down to earth, informative and professional and reasonably priced. They were also a referral from a good source. I would definitely recommend them and most definitely use them again in the future - already had my French doors measured/quoted! I've added photos to show what doors looked like before and after. Pity I didn't get a chance to take finished look in the daylight as pics showed better detail but I'm on holiday now.

An absolutely fantastic company, Bob came round to offer me a quote, extremely knowledgeable on everything involved on the windows and doors, very polite, excellent communication, called when he said he would, visited when he said. Head and shoulders above the other companies I had offer a quote. The fitters at the house, fantastic guys, very pleasant, clean and tidy, always on hand for any queries, an asset to the company. I was very impressed by Castle Windows from the start. We wanted a large sliding patio door replaced with a single pvc door and windows. We needed a cat flap installed in the new door. Carl from the company came to the house and gave me good advice about what options would work for us. He used very handy software on his laptop to show what different options would look like when installed. The quoted price was very reasonable and there was no hard sell. We arranged an installation date and I paid a 25% deposit. The installers, Nathan and Ben, arrived on time on the day. The old patio door was expertly removed, with no damage at all to the existing plaster in our kitchen. The work was completed in about 5 hours. The guys were polite and didn't mind me asking dumb questions. I was most worried about the installation of the cat flap we provided, but they made sure to check with me multiple times before the hole was cut, measuring and letting me re-measure. After installation, I received a building regulations certificate and details of the insurance-backed guarantee. Overall, I was very impressed.

We met Carl back in March when we had a quote done for our windows and doors. Carl was so knowledgeable and knew his stuff, he made us feel so at ease. We were really impressed with the digital mock up and didn’t hesitate to pay the deposit. Fast forward July, we have had the job done and we are over the moon. The 3 workers who arrived were punctual, professional and best of all tidy. They did the job in one day and the quality of the products is fantastic, we cannot stop raving to everyone about our new windows, especially the front door. We would highly recommend Carl and his team!
