Philippa Stevens is a yoga teacher at Philippa Stevens Yoga. She completed a 200-hour training with The Yoga Academy in 2009, which is accredited by both the British Wheel of Yoga and the Yoga Alliance. With 14 years of teaching experience, Philippa brings a wealth of knowledge to her classes. She furthered her expertise by undertaking prenatal yoga training with Triyoga in 2011 and postnatal training with Birthlight in 2015.
Philippa's goal is to guide her students towards stronger, healthier bodies and more centered minds through regular practice. Specializing in vinyasa flow, she imparts the benefits of this dynamic yoga style. Philippa is currently enrolled in a 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training with Jason Crandall and anticipates completion in April 2018. Philippa’s September afternoon retreat was perfect as ever! She gives such clear instructions and the flow is always well planned. She has a welcoming and friendly style with good humour when needed! It was a balanced mix of physical and mental guidance with some delicious cake to finish!.
Philippa's yoga classes are the best. Four years on and I still attend regularly. Her down-to-earth approach is refreshing, and the warm, welcoming and inclusive environment she creates allows these to be yoga classes for everyone. Instructions are clear, and there are options for every type of body. Her attention to the mind and the mental aspects of yoga is a winner for me.
Philippa is a great yoga teacher. Her classes are well put together, easy to follow, a really good workout and a lot of fun!!.

Liz Brown is a yoga practitioner, teacher, therapist and teacher trainer based in Wendover near Aylesbury in Buckinghamshire, offering friendly inclusive group classes, bespoke private yoga therapy sessions in her dedicated yoga therapy space, local specialist workshops and Champneys retreats, both in-person and online.
