Would highly recommend the pregnancy yoga classes. It has been really wonderful to have some time every week to relax and connect with my baby and other mums to be. Ella is a fantastic teacher, she puts a lot of work into keeping the classes varied week by week and tailored the classes to address individual issues such as lower back pain and rib pain. Thank you again Ella for being such a fabulous teacher!

Beautiful studio, really calming and peaceful environment. Quiet and relaxing despite there being a busy class. Lovely extra touches like tea and chocolate. Nice welcome from teachers and other attendees. Ella is a wonderful teacher - great guidance, really nice sequence, felt somehow really cosy and personal despite being such a big class. Just generally a gorgeous vibe.

Wonderful instructor, first time back in a yoga class since pre covid and felt super welcomed. The structure of the class was great, the flows were challenging but accessible to get myself back into it, and loved the aesthetic and aura of the studio.

Absolutely stunning place and Zoe is just delightful!! She is so welcoming, kind and gentle, and explained everything really clearly throughout the class. I really enjoyed this class and it was a great way to start my Monday and my week! I will definitely be coming back to do more classes here! I highly recommend this yoga space and this class. Thanks so much!

I’ve been to a few classes now at Love yoga Leeds and the atmosphere is brilliant, It’s a wonderful space, which I think makes it unique compared to other yoga places in Leeds. Zoe, the owner is very friendly and makes the space an excellent community. See you soon!

Lorna is such a beautiful soul. You feel sooooo relaxed around her and to be guided so deeply into a calm state was wonderful after such a busy week! It’s hard for me to relax as I am usually anxious / on edge so this felt like such a treat to practice yoga nidra, so grateful! Also I slept AMAZING! Thank you! :).

I loved Lifting Facial with Nadine at the We Are Wellness and yoga flow with Emily the other day. Such a beautiful and relaxing place in the heart of Headingley, sacred and welcoming. Both Nadine and Emily were very kind, and Nadine was thorough and skillful with the lifting facial massage. I felt so relaxed, my spirit was nourished. I felt deeply cared for! The atmosphere of We Are Wellness is so beautiful, too! I’ll be back.

Really enjoy the class and at the last one I managed to do a plank without using my knees for the first time in about a year! The pace of the class is brilliant and there's always two or three variations of each pose depending on how you feel. Would highly recommend to others!!!

Wonderful and beautiful space. I feel instantly at peace when I arrive here. I often attend Yoga Nidra with Lorna and Sound baths with Emily. Both amazing!
