Equilibrium Yoga and Well-Being Centre is situated in Peterborough and Huntingdon, offers inspiring, peaceful and serene spaces to practice yoga and mindfulness-based disciplines and to experience therapies. The team of teachers and therapists are highly qualified, knowledgeable and enthusiastic allowing, a wide variety of weekly classes and therapies. The centre has a high standard of facilities, including light studios, underfloor heating and fully equipped changing rooms. Equilibrium Yoga and Well-Being Centres also hold regular workshops and events with internationally renowned teachers to allow students to dive even deeper into the practices of yoga.

Santosha Yoga is committed to providing the physical, mental and spiritual tools for well-being for all. Andrea Radhika has been teaching yoga since 2001, she enjoys mentoring and developing new teachers through workshops and courses. Andrea is an Advanced Jivamukti accredited teacher, and a mentor on the Jivamukti teacher training, a 500hr Senior yoga alliance teacher and Level 2 Yin yoga teacher with Insight yoga. She is also approved to teach Restorative yoga. Santosha Yoga mission is to inspire, connect, educate and inter-relate ancient philosophy with yoga in the world around us.

Sara Wellham first begins practising Yoga at the age of 7 from her Grandmother. She is qualified in 2011 with a Certificate in Yoga Teaching and continued her studies to gain a Level 3 CYQ Diploma in Yoga Teaching, the Camyoga Yoga Teaching Diploma. She also passed to teach Yoga for Pregnancy. Sara Wellham, In September 2014, Sara Wellham gained E-RYT (Yoga Alliance) registration by completing over 1,000 hours of yoga teaching and becoming recognised as an "Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher".
