YOGA AND STRETCH CLASSES REVIEWS

I love going to Noels' yoga classes. I was a beginner and had never done yoga before, so I was nervous about going. But Noel made me feel very welcome. He's an excellent teacher, and with each yoga movement/stretch, he demonstrates with options for beginners and advanced members. I also love the fact that after every class I feel I've had a good workout, plus I leave feeling relaxed from the meditation with sound bath. Would recommend Noel Yoga and stretch classes.

Lovely yoga class, friendly people and ends with a great singing bowl relaxation session. Instructor Noel has every level catered for. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Leave feeling refreshed and ready for the week.

A fantastic way to start the week, I love the differentiated levels Noel provides for each of the yoga moves, tailoring the session to each individuals abilities. It's a very welcoming, friendly and chilled out environment.

HOME HOLISTICS REVIEWS

Home holistics is a beautiful yoga studio close to the town centre. Parking is easy and the studio is beautiful, warm and welcoming. I am useless at yoga but am always made to feel welcome and put at ease. The meditations are a great add on after a class. Home holistics is a wellness hub of activities from gong baths, to holistic fayres to conscious raves and cacao ceremonies! Ange is a brilliant yoga teacher. She is welcoming, supportive, kind and lovely & she also offers a range of holistic treatments.

I've been to a couple of beautiful Gong sound baths at Home Holistics. The space is perfect and the sound carries nicely, no matter where you lay your mat! A lovely location within walking distance from the bus station, with parking in the streets nearby.

Highly recommend Home Holistics. Angela is lovely, and after my 1st Reiki session today, I feel AMAZING. Thank you.
