“Bristol Community Acupuncture aims to make acupuncture accessible and affordable to many people by providing practical, low-cost treatments in a community setting. Ian Fitzpatrick and Andrew Nuttall are the acupuncturists at the clinic. Ian graduated with a BSc in acupuncture from the Northern College of Acupuncture in 2015. He worked for four years at Bright Room Community Clinic in London before moving to Bristol and working in private practice. Ian Fitzpatrick has done further training in classical acupuncture, Japanese acupuncture (with Avi Magidoff), and massage and has a particular interest in diet and nutrition, as well as research and the evidence base of complementary therapies. Andrew was originally trained to become a psychologist, but during these studies, he realised he was more drawn to Eastern philosophies and holism. In 2021, he finished a diploma in Classical Chinese Herbalism from the School of Classical Chinese Herbalism in Oxfordshire.”
