Comfort Health is my go-to place for athlete recovery - whether it’s for physio advice or sports massage. Matt is extremely knowledgeable, professional and approachable, offering expert advice and ongoing support for injuries, as well as using nurturing and preventative techniques to avoid issues in the future. He’s kept me in good nick for two years despite me taking on ever more ridiculous physical challenges - I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Achilles rupture recovery- I started working with Matt and I'm very impressed with his expertise in the area. He showed a great understanding of Achilles ruptures and the exercises he provided me shows this. I like to play golf and some of the exercises he provided certainly relate to the mechanics of a golf swing while also aid in the recovery of a ruptured Achilles. Can't recommend him enough

I’ve had a brilliant experience seeing Matt for two minor back and shoulder issues. I’d highly recommend anyone needing physio to him and his team, given the professional helpful advice I received. I’ll certainly be going back for any injuries I might have in the future!

My son has been seeing Kate after fracturing his foot 8 weeks out from a major competition. She has been brilliant, making the sessions engaging and entertaining for him so much so that he genuinely looks forward to going! She has given him an interactive exercise programme with clear instructions and videos to make it easy for him to follow and complete. She always explains things in a child friendly way so that he can understand. Highly recommend.

Charlotte has been the most fantastic sports and rehab therapist for me over the past 4 years or so. I have ongoing issues so have seen many practitioners over the years and never found someone who can match Charlotte’s prowess. I will really miss her skills and genuine warm and friendly approach now that I’m moving away. Thank you Charlotte.

Inga was so patient with me, repeatedly showing me the correct way to do my exercises and helping me recover from a knee and calf injury. Very professional and I am very grateful for the care and compassion she showed me.

Romyna is a very accomplished physiotherapist. I feel she is very dedicated to her work and she is also very up to date with techniques and also some cutting edge machines including a laser that treats pain at the deepest levels. But she is also practical and gives excellent advice and exercises to do at home. Her manner is friendly but professional and a very clean place of work. I have got ongoing right lower leg issues and, whilst it remains ongoing and something I will have to manage, I have made more progress with Romyna then anyone else. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience with Romyna, extremely professional and friendly, she was absolutely brilliant and amazing. First she assessed me, then she started with the therapy session. I had been stuck with my shoulder's pain for more than three weeks at that point, but she helped me to get better starting with the first physio. I will definitely go again. I would highly recommend this clinic and Romyna to anyone looking for a physiotherapist.

Romyna is super friendly, helpful and gives great advice, both short term and long term. She helped me with my lower back pain. I would highly recommend RoMe clinic to anyone who needs help with back issues or a physio consultation in general.
