I have been treated regularly by Rupert over the past few years for neck, shoulder and back problems. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and he employs a variety of methods to help alleviate or solve each problem. He takes the time and makes the effort to understand the factors behind each particular injury or condition in order to treat them effectively. He also provides a series of recommended exercises as part of ongoing rehabilitation and he is proficient in making suggestions as to what you can do to aid your rehab and prevent further injury. I have never had any problem getting an appointment at a convenient time, and sessions always run punctually. He is extremely highly recommended.

I went to Rupert thinking I had a permanent back issue which had been holding me back for several years and giving me no end of pain after any manual lifting. After six sessions with Rupert I now feel like a changed man. I can do more than I have been able to for years and can do heavy lifting again without the fear of being signed off work for two weeks! A really nice guy and a miracle worker.

I've seen Rupert for various injuries over the last 3 years. (Fingers, shoulders and neck) I've found my injuries have responded well to Rupert's treatment. He also helped by explaining/demonstrating rehab routines which were made up of stretches and exercises to help recover and rebuild strength. He's always paid great attention when taking a history and throughout the assessment. Highly recommend.

I have had a great experience with Bristol Osteopaths at Queen Charlotte Street and Sneyd Park. Tim has been helping me recover over the last 6 months with a prolapsed disc. As well as being a great practitioner, Tim is a great communicator, which really helped me understand what my body was going through. It has also really helped that Tim has a similar, active lifestyle to me, which has helped build my confidence knowing he understands where I want to get to in my recovery and what my body will be able to handle at each stage of recovery. The whole team is great and booking / changing appointments is also so easy.

Tim is a miracle worker for migraines caused by posture problems. I was signed off work with chronic migraines for months and I had tried every preventative drug the gp could give me and nothing was working until I went to Tim. He spotted the problem in my neck and back and his treatment helped immediately. That was a few years ago now and my migraines are no longer chronic after a short treatment course with him. After those initial, regular sessions, I now only need to go wherever I have a flare up (every three months or so) to nip it in the bud. Thank you everyone who works there for the wonderful treatments and lovely atmosphere at the clinic.

Superb all round: great treatment which actually works and heals; quick and efficient appointments; kind and sympathetic atmosphere.

Lucy Smith is a very able osteopath and I feel very fortunate to have found her. Lucy takes a detailed health history, especially in relation to whatever pain/condition the patient arrives with. She give sensible advice for exercises as well as appropriate massage and manipulation, plus, where necessary, ideas for pain management. Lucy is patient and kind and rejoices when the pain or discomfort is relieved for the patient. I found her very helpful in the massage she performed and the tips she gave me.

I went to see Lucy for back and neck pain, and general tightness on my right hand side, as well as wrist pain. Lucy instantly put me at ease, and is very easy to talk to. She did an assessment, and got to work on my tight spots! I have been given exercises and stretches to do at home, and everything is starting to feel lighter and more aligned again. I will continue to visit Lucy to maintain this feeling. I would highly recommend Lucy for any aches and pains you might be experiencing.

Lucy has helped me through a really difficult time. She has been patient, informative, professional and really caring. I've valued her treatment and kindness and I am really appreciative for the help, support and safe space she's provided for me for my recovery,
