Very good customer service and the opticians are very patient. I had a wonderful time when I did my eye test and new glasses. Special thanks to sale staff Obair who has great customer service. He listened carefully what I wanted and advised me the best idea to choose my lens and frame. The optician, Shabina, she is a very experienced and professional to give the best service for her customers. Thank you so much.

Had my Eye Care plan set up and and really and truly it was nothing short of a special experience. It was an amazing customer service i have received, Hala and another Tunisian lady i regrettably forget her name were truly amazing as they have explained to me the advantages of signing up for the Eyecare plan with Vision express and the benefits which followed. I decided to even by an additional sunglasses pair to my prescription glasses and was so pleased by the professional manner that these ladies conducted. I will definitely be a lifetime customer thanks to them.

Always had very friendly service here from the staff in store and the opticians. Happy to recommend them.

Was really happy and pleased with the service, experience and glasses at this time when I visited Specsavers in broadmead. They went the extra mile and fixed the issue with my old pair too which was really nice of them.

This Specsavers shop has been the main location I visit for anything relating my eyes for the past years. The whole team upstairs is extremely helpful and they are always willing to go the extra mile. Thank you ever so much for your services.

Friendly welcome from the team and quickly into a full ultimate eye test for my daughter. Everything explained clearly by the optometrist, and great advice on frame and lens choice.

My husband has dementia they went well over what I expected from the team. Louis --- was so calming with him spent a grate deal of time talking slowly and did not mind how may times he asked the same question. They found we needed to go to the eye hospital & he reassured him that it would be fine. A perfect gentleman the whole experience from start to finish was excellent

The optician who checked my eyes was great - she was friendly and took the time to explain the changes and explained my options. Elaine was absolutely brilliant! She helped me choose my frames and walked me through the next steps - I’m absolutely thrilled about my frames. Such a kind, friendly and caring lady - I left feeling great!
