I came to Jessica, absolutely despand in severe pain from my menstrual period. I was in so much pain, I have overdosed on paracetamols that were not making any difference, I could barely eat, walk or speak I was in so much pain every single month for at least 3 days solid. I was truly desperate. Jessica said she could help and I was willing to give it a go rather than go back to another pointless doctor's appointment. Jessica literally made a miracle for me. I was astonished after the first session where my body hardly experienced any of the pain that I had been suffering from for the past 10 years or so!!!! Inow have regular sessions and LOVE Jessica to bits. She warm, welcoming, and creates a tailored program for you personally.

Would highly recommend Jess, from day one she was proffesional and caring. The treatment she gave was amazing.

I had the most fantastic experience with Lucy at Halesowen Acupuncture and I simply cannot recommend her services highly enough. I had been suffering very badly with mental health issues and was in the thick of an extremely bad episode. I was really at my lowest point in life and I was willing to try anything to help my situation. Lucy was just phenomenal and it is hard to put into words how much she helped me during that difficult time in my life. Lucy listened to my issues in a non-judgmental, open and caring way and I felt I had known her for years. Some of my appointments were very emotional and the acupuncture helped me to release those trapped and negative emotions. I could even feel it physically during the appointment. I always felt much lighter and more optimistic in the days following my appointment. Lucy talked with me about the therapy, how it worked and how it could help depression, anxiety and general low mood disorders. I always thought acupuncture was just for physical problems, but it really is so much more. I highly recommend Lucy's services for any mental health issues. Thank you so much Lucy!!.

Soooo relaxing! Emma was so professional, there was calming lights, choosing your own insense sticks! I really enjoyed the foot massage at the end, it finished it off beautifully felt like I was walking on clouds with the smooth moisturiser she used. She’d used a very calming eye mask that cleanses and steams your eyes, the lavender smell was magnificent. Thank you very much!

I have acupuncture by Emma regularly for neck pain, psoriasis and anxiety. Works a treat. I have just had the pleasure of reflexology this evening, and oh my God.... my feet feet like im walking on air. As a hairdresser, im on my feet so much and they were throbbing.
