I have been seeing Deborah now for a year and a half to help me through an ongoing very tough time in my life. She has got me through a very dark time and helped me move forward. We have a half hour discussion on current issues and then a wonderfully relaxing half hour hypnotherapy session. She is so kind and supportive, listening and suggesting anything she thinks might help my situation. I could not have got through this without her especially at the beginning when I had no other help. Thank you so much Deborah for everything you have done for me.

I first started having hypnotherapy with Deborah about 3 years ago to help my body image issues and general anxiety that CBT and regular counselling didn't seem to work on, and have continued with her since to work on panic disorder and health anxiety. Back when I started, I never thought I would be free of the overwhelming thoughts and perfectionism. But today I feel like a different person and it's all thanks to Deborah. She has been amazing at helping me with everything I've gone through and I always look forward to having a chat with her and catching up! I don't know where if be without The Hypnotherapy Practice's help. Thank you so much.

I contacted Deborah a few weeks before a trip to Thailand to see if she could help with my irrational fear of getting on small boats! (I know I know!) This is something I’ve struggled with for many years and felt that hypnotherapy was worth a try so I could enjoy all the wonderful experiences on water that Thailand has to offer! I had one in-person session and 4 zoom sessions which I found really relaxing. I am delighted to say that I am on my back from Thailand as I speak and have been on several small boats without any anxiety! … I would highly recommend Deborah if you are reading this and suffer with irrational fears! Jennie is a wonderful person and I have been following two years and I knew here before I even came because I knew she would be good! She is so understanding as if she IS me living inside me! She understood everything I was trying to explain and nothing has been too much trouble anytime and much more I'd like to say. Today I feel so very different and much calmer and happier with life.

Jennie is very professional warm and attentive makes you feel very welcome and special. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her services to anyone who is struggling. You do an amazing job. Thank you so much for all your help and support.

I had tried all my life to stop biting my nails and thought that I would never be able to stop having tried everything going. So when I accidentally discovered Jennie I thought I would give her a try although I was a bit sceptical thinking it could mess with my mind.but after my session I felt extremely Relaxed and positive that I could overcome my habit. Thank you for the hypnotherapy sessions, Libby. I had a few sessions with Libby. My first sessions were to help with my confidence and later sessions were to help with the fear of the dentist. Libby helped me to feel very relaxed and calm in the sessions. She worked with me and helped me to pin point the areas we needed to work on. I am very grateful to have found a new confidence in myself and feel relaxed enough at the dentist to at least wait for my appointment. Next step is to work on treatments. One step at a time.

Libby is a warm and nurturing hypnotherapist. I was made to feel safe and felt comfortable sharing information with her almost immediately. I was able to speak freely and openly, before she created a bespoke treatment and session. Would highly recommend.
